We also staying about 20 mins away from New Orleans.. in Harvey La for 2 days.. pre paid..so I’m waiting to know if I hv to make a plan b…

  4. With how often that city seems to flood, I wonder why more measures are not taken to raise the heights of the flood walls or somthing.

  5. Living on the gulf coast is always a challenge. We all end up praying for those in the area hit because we know it easily could have been us.

  6. We live close to the Mobile port and are taking a cruise out later this month. We welcomed the diverted ships there.

  7. So when will they put the entire city of New Orleans on a floating barge? Crazy to think people live below sea level and next to the ocean.

  9. I know this is off subject and maybe I missed the update but do you know how the crew member fell overboard? I haven't heard anything else about that or if he'd ever been found.
