  1. O.M.G.!! The pain and grieving of this family is immense – to lose a child this young and beloved, is like losing all hope for the future!

Then, having Royal Carribean cruise lines attempting to avoid any liability for maintaining unsafe children's nursery room conditions, by releasing untruthful statements of grandpa's pending arrest, only doubles their hurt and pain!

Of course the family sought legal assistsnce at that point! Wouldn't you?

R.C. offered no condolences or explanation for why they allowed those conditions in an active children's sitting room! It could have happened at any point to anyone's child, dropped off there for babysitting services! Grandpa just happened to stick around after she was checked in and most family had left for a tour, just to spend a little more time with his grandchild! There were numerous other children, who were only minimally supervised, and within easy climbing reach of this dangerous 11th story open-air window in that nursery!!

But WHY*? *WHY leave 1 open window, along an entire wall of other windows, wide open – with active, running, climbing, and playing children in the room? There's still no answers to this from R.C.! Or, why they endangered all the other children, too,, who were there for sitting services, as well?

While it's true, a lawsuit will not return their precious child, nor relieve their grief one iota! But it will force Royal Carribean to examine and answer critical safety questions honestly, and openly. And it may perhaps prevent this type of carelessness from creating the dangerous conditions which took their child's young life. And hopefully, will prevent the taking of another young life of a precious child from the loving arms of any other family, ever again!

My sympathy goes out to this family for all the pain and anguish they've endured! Hoping they can find solace and peace within their hearts someday! R.I.P. Baby girl! 💐🌹👼🏼👣❤

  2. I get the feeling that he was probably intoxicated and noticed one of the windows was open, so he brought the baby over the railing to feel the strong breeze and see the ocean, then accidentally dropped her. If my theory is true, he should be charged with child endangerment (possibly while under the influence), and involuntary manslaughter.

  3. In the end this family should apologize to all on the cruise. Can you imagine having that as a vacation memory. Family is at fault and I do feel for them but quit placing the blame on someone else. Was there alcohol or drugs involved and why place a small child on railing. She easily could have looked out from the floor. Also banging on glass just neglectful. All glass is dangerous. Horrible tragedy that was preventable.

  4. Demand answers? Both the family and the lawyer are filth! You know if the window is open on a ship! They delayed everyone else and should be sued, not the cruise ship company

  5. Truly awful for this poor family. However, I don't understand why you would take an 18-month-old toddler on a cruise in the first place. Cruises are meant for adults, unless it's a Disney cruise. AND THEY'RE DANGEROUS. People fall, people die, people get violently ill. And they're basically floating bars. You're surrounded by drunk people 24/7. Tragic.

  6. This is what is wrong with our society! Everyone MUST sue someone else in order to get rich and place the blame on someone other than the person who caused the problem!

  7. Sorry, granddad is at fault. Ship cruise windows are not the same as stadium windows. Besides, he was holding her up. He held her, he let her go. They stayed in Puerto Rico instead of going home??? I guess that vacation is much more important.
