  1. Thanks sooo much for sharing this technic, I can wait to try it… I've not seen this done before… Thanks again… :>)

  2. I really like this card, Kristina!!! Simple, but with a lot of impact, and that kissing technique is fabulous in its simplicity. I think I've also seen it done where the solid stamp was inked up, then kissed to the more detailed stamp to remove ink from the solid stamp. Then the solid one was used to stamp with. Hope that makes sense. Just gives a different look, I think. Anyway, thank you for sharing your creation. Take care, & have an awesome day! 🙂

  3. Love this technique, I don't think I've ever tried it. Will definitely give it a try. BTW, your card came out fabulous. Thanks for the inspiration.

  4. What a fabulous technique, I'm going to be "kissing" a lot this Winter season😬😘
Thank you for another wonderful idea.

  5. I love this card. I will be checking my stash to see if I have something I can use.
Not worried about ink colours though, I think first/second generation stamping would work well with it too.

  6. Such a fun card! This has always been a favorite technique of mine. It's so simple, but looks difficult. It's genius. TFS, Heather

  7. Love it, but not sure I have stamps I can do that with. But, I will keep it for future reference. It really makes a cute look.

  8. Love this card! I have that stamp set and have been trying to decide how to use those candy images. I’m going to try this card. Thank you!

  12. This is a very cool card.  Thanks for reminding me of the kiss method.  It's an oldie but definitely a goodie.  🙂

  13. I've done kissing in a different way but this is easier and I love how it turned out. I'm going to try it right now.

  14. LOVE how you edit your videos! Really appreciate all of your impressive paper engineering talents that you share so generously in all of your videos. Ho! Ho! Ho! and happiest of holidays to you!

  15. Hey, Kristina! Well, sometimes those “oldies ARE the goodies”, as with this technique! You tickled my brain files with today’s video and I LOVE IT! Such a fun technique n’ DARLING card design! Time to hunt through my stamp arsenal n’ pull out something that can work. I’m not sure I have a lot of solid image stamps but I’m thinking even “splatter” type stamps w/snowflakes, ornaments, etc. for an all-over design MIGHT work!! Will have to try! TFS n’ HAPPY STAMPIN’ n’ CREATIN’!

  16. TFS. I checked here and your blog, but didn't see it listed – what is the washi tape you used? I love those playful cats!

  17. I've never seen this technique! I'm kind of feeling like I'm in a crafty slump right now and I think this kissing technique is something to try and that will help. Thanks!

  18. Great idea to use the solid circle. I just got some solid circles and didn't know what to do with them. SO THANK YOU for showing us this technique. I had forgotten about it. I also have a sweater pattern stamp, so I'm going to try it out tomorrow. THANKS
